Cancellation and change

If you cancel your reservation

Terms and Conditions Tabby :
You can pay through the Tabby option available in the Tabby app in Kuwait

The minimum reservation value is 4 KD and the maximum is 350 KD
The amount will be refunded if the reservation is not confirmed, and the service fees will not be refunded if the customer cancels the reservation.
Payment using Tabby is available for all reservations, whether through the website, the application, or visiting branches and call centers. The same price restrictions will apply to them.
Tabby can only be used for full payments or to pay remaining amounts when the customer has previously used another payment method.
The customer cannot change the remaining payment amount of payments.
